The Growth Link – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Growth Link (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital platforms, online courses, products, and affiliate/referral programs (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

User/Customer means any individual who purchases or accesses our products or services.

Affiliate/Partner refers to a registered individual promoting our courses/products under the referral/commission model.

Content means all digital materials including courses, videos, documents, graphics, and software owned by the Company.

Platform means our official website, applications, or authorized communication channels.

Users must be at least 18 years of age. If under 18, parental/guardian consent is required.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.

Creating multiple IDs, fake accounts, or impersonating another person is prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate registration without assigning reasons.

• Online courses in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, e-commerce, and business skills.
• Community access for networking, events, and mentorship.
• Affiliate & referral programs that allow members to earn commissions.
• Business resources including templates, tools, and exclusive webinars.

We may enhance, modify, or discontinue Services without prior notice, as required for growth or compliance.

All prices for products and services are listed clearly on our official platform.

Payments must be made only through authorized payment gateways or bank accounts listed by the Company.

Once payment is processed, access to the purchased course/product is granted.

All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy (see Section 6).

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, charges, or deductions as per Indian laws.

Any payment made to unauthorized individuals/accounts will not be considered valid, and the Company holds no liability for such transactions.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 hours of the original package purchase.

To initiate a refund, users must email refunds@thegrowthlink.in with the following details:

• Full Name
• Registered Email ID
• Invoice/Order Number
• Payment Proof (screenshot or receipt)
• Reason for Refund Request (specify your reason in detail)

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.

Processing charges (3%) or administrative fees (10%) may be deducted before refund, along with 18% GST if applicable.

After the refund window, no requests will be entertained except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.

Users found misusing the refund system (e.g., repeated requests, fake claims) may be permanently blacklisted.

7.1 Eligibility

Only registered users with verified details can participate, and KYC is mandatory.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer protection laws.

7.2 Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must not:

• Use misleading or false claims about potential earnings.
• Offer unauthorized discounts or sell products below official prices.
• Spam potential customers with unsolicited messages.
• Use false identities or multiple accounts.

7.3 Commission & Payouts

Commissions are credited once the referred customer’s payment is verified.

Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹1358.00

Payout Frequency: Monthly (subject to bank/UPI processing).

Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying applicable income tax (TDS/GST as per Indian law).

7.4 Prohibited Activities

• Cross-sponsoring (signing up under multiple IDs).
• Transferring or selling affiliate IDs.
• Using bots, fake leads, or fraudulent transactions.

Violations will result in termination of account and forfeiture of commissions.

All content, logos, designs, software, and course material are the exclusive property of The Growth Link.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal learning only.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.

Any misuse of intellectual property may lead to legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

You agree not to:

• Share or resell login credentials.
• Post abusive, offensive, or illegal content on our platform.
• Engage in activities that harm the Company’s reputation.
• Use bots, scripts, or hacking attempts on the platform.
• Misrepresent yourself as a company representative.

Violations will result in suspension or termination without notice.

The Growth Link does not guarantee income.

Earnings are based on individual efforts, skills, and external capability factors.

Testimonials and success stories are examples only and should not be considered as average or promised results.

The Growth Link shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or external issues.
• Loss of data due to unauthorized access or technical failures.

Total liability of the Company under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the product/service.

The Company will never ask for OTPs, passwords, or direct payments to personal accounts.

Always verify transactions via our official email or website.

Users must immediately report suspicious activity to support@growthlink.in.

Affiliates or customers found guilty of fraudulent activities may face legal action.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts immediately if:

• Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• A user harms the reputation or security of the Company.

Upon termination, access to Services will be revoked, and pending commissions may be withheld.

The Company may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Major updates will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
