Refund Policy – The Growth Link
At The Growth Link, customer clarity and transparency are our priorities. This refund policy applies to all package purchases made through our website, affiliate link, or the company’s payment QR.
Refund Availability
Refunds are available only within 3 hours from the exact time of purchase. No refund requests will be accepted after 3 hours under any circumstances.
Refund Deductions
If a refund request is approved, the following deductions apply:
- 3% – Payment Processing Fee
- 10% – Administrative Fee
- 18% – GST
The remaining balance will be refunded after deductions.
Eligibility for Refund
- The refund request must be submitted within 3 hours of purchase.
- The amount must have been paid for purchasing a package, including holding or closing amounts paid via the company’s QR.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us from your registered email ID only at:

The email must include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Registration Date
- Screenshot of payment invoice showing date and time
- Reason for refund (clearly explained)
Important Notes
- Requests with incomplete details will not be processed.
- Requests received after the 3-hour window will not be accepted.
- Refund requests are processed only through email to care@thegrowthlink.in.
- Requests via call, WhatsApp, social media, or any other method will not be entertained.
